Alright. This has to be done IC and the only way you don't have to write 'em all out is if a sensei is teaching you.

D-rank Technique: 220 words stating how you found out about the technique, why you want to learn it, and how you learned it.

C-rank Technique: 275 words stating how you found out about the technique, why you want to learn it, and how you learned it.

B-rank Technique: 500 words stating how you found out about the technique, why you want to learn it, and how you learned it.

A-rank Technique: 950 words stating how you found out about the technique, why you want to learn it, and how you learned it.

S-rank Technique: 2k stating how you found out about the technique, why you want to learn it, and how you learned it.

SS-rank Technique: 2.9k stating how you found out about the technique, why you want to learn it, and how you learned it.

If someone is teaching you the technique, the word count is cut in half.
