Kisigachi Hatake v. Whoever shows up
Kisigachi stood in the middle of a small stage with 4 pillars, one extending from each corner, in the middle of a large clearing of neatly trimmed grass. To the north and south of the field lie large forests that seem to stretch on for miles in every direction. The east side of the clearing contains a large lake, with further foresting on the other bank. The west side of the clearing contained an area that was rocky with very little stable footing or plant life present. He was waiting for someone to show up, he had advertised a fight for this exact location in every town and the first person to show up would get to fight him, mainly he did this out of boredom, but he supposed he wanted to test himself in a fight. So he just waited for someone to show up.

Re: Kisigachi Hatake v. Whoever shows up
Kisigachi would suddenly feel a dark chakra fill the area like a heavy fog. A black mass then started rising up from the stage floor like a tiny mound. A closer inspection would reveal that this was the top of Orochimaru's head. The Sannin continued to rise up from the ground as if he was a specter. Having his head cocked down, Orochimaru's long hair was covering most of his face except for his mouth. Once his entire body had emerged from the stage floor, a wicked smile spread on his white lips as he raised his head, revealing his yellow, serpentine eyes. Just by looking into Orochimaru's murderous eyes, Kisigachi would understand that he had now become the prey. Even if this boy didn't know who Orochimaru was (or what he looked like), he would still feel the vast difference in their power just by standing this close to him. "Come, let us play for a bit..."

Re: Kisigachi Hatake v. Whoever shows up
Kisigachi felt the hair raise over his entire body, a natural instinct to danger that had not quite evolved out of humans from their early days. He stared intently as the black mass that was Orochimaru rose out of the stage floor. Kisigachi of course did not know who the man standing in front of him was, nor did he know what he was capable of, but he knew that this was a man who's power should be feared by all. Kisigachi pretended he did not even notice that aura of power that seemed to emanate from his mysterious foe, carefully channeling his own chakras through the ground to the nearby lake, quietly evaporating the water. In a matter of minutes it should begin to rain, he just had to hold off his opponent until then. " If you think that flashy little show there is gonna scare me, then you've got another thing coming. " Kisigachi was confident now that he could put up a fight, maybe a little too much so. " Why don't you make the first move so that I don't have to beat you too quickly. "
- Name: Rain Style: Artificial Rain
Element: Water
Rank: D
Description: Using chakra, Kisigachi will search out nearby sources of water and evaporate them so that they condense in the air. After about 1-5 minutes depending on how close the water source is, the area will start to be covered in a rain which lasts approx. 30 minutes and can be refreshed.

Re: Kisigachi Hatake v. Whoever shows up
Orochimaru lowered his head after Kisigachi finished speaking, and he began chuckling. "You should learn to have more respect, boy..." he said, and the next second, Orochimaru raised his head again, and opened his mouth wide. A katana, known as the Sword of Kusanagi, blasted out of his throat and cut across the air like a dart. If it connected, the glimmering katana would pierce right through Kisigachi's heart. If it missed, it would continue to fly forward until it stabbed into one of the pillars behind Kisigachi.
Name: Sword of Kusanagi - Long Sword of the Heavens
Element: n/a
Rank: B
Description: This technique allows Orochimaru to levitate his Sword of Kusanagi and attack his foes mid-range. The sword moves according to his finger movements. Orochimaru can regurgitate the sword, and it possesses the ability to extend its blade. It's also indestructible.

Re: Kisigachi Hatake v. Whoever shows up
Kisigachi acted quickly, as soon as he saw the blade leaving Orochimaru's mouth he made a diving roll to the right, watching the blade strike the pillar behind him with incredible force, a few cracks started to form all the way up the column, he would be dead now if he had acted even a second later than he had. Kisigachi thought to himself, What the Hell is this guy? The sky was beginning to darken and the loud crack of thunder bellowed through the area. Kisigachi smirked, it was only a matter of moments before the rain started, and then the real fun would begin, until then he'd have to make due with weaker techniques. He focused chakra as he performed the hand seals for the technique, opening his mouth and letting out a cloud of fog which quickly surrounded him in its veil. Again using his chakra, Kisigachi began to superheat the water around him until he was satisfied with the damage it would do if it hit. The steam condensed into orbs, which were boiling hot and capable of inflicting major burn damage. Then with a single last push of chakra the orbs shot out in a 360 degree semi-sphere around him. There would of course be large gaps between them at long distance but at the short distance between the two in the arena, those gaps would be considerably smaller and harder to fit into.
- Steam Line (Jōki-ne)
Rank: C-rank
Element: Suiton
Description: The Steam Line Technique is a lower-to-level branch of Kisigachi's larger version, the Hot Water Bomb. However, unlike the Water Bomb, this technique requires no rain, and instead uses moisture from Kisigachi's own body. In using this technique, Kisigachi performs hand seals, and releases a large shroud of mist from his mouth to wrap around and cloak him. Using chakra through the shroud, Kisigachi rapidly warms the water up, transforming it into boiling hot steam. Once ready, the steam is seperated into miniature orbs, which are blasted in a 360 radius around Kisigachi.

Re: Kisigachi Hatake v. Whoever shows up
Orochimaru watched in content as the boy threw himself out of the way of the Sannin's flying sword. Hearing the crack of thunder, Orochimaru looked up to see that the sky had darkened, and he could feel the coolness in the air, leading him to believe that it might start raining at any moment. Due to the fact that there was no reason for the weather to have changed so drastically and so quickly, Orochimaru had to assume that it was the doings of this boy. His yellow eyes shifted back down to see that there was now a cloud of mist surrounding his opponent. A smile spread on his lips as he waited to see what would come next. The mist began dividing into smaller spheres, and by the boiling noise, Orochimaru assumed that they were being super heated. (This boy must possess both water and fire chakra...) he thought to himself. If his hypothesis was correct, it would also explain the thunder clouds.
The next second, the spheres began flying out in every direction. Orochimaru reacted instantly by jumping back and performing a long back flip to gain as much distance as possible. The moment he touched the stage floor again, he burst into motion. Orochimaru began moving around so fast that he would appear as a blur, and his legs would just look like a long snake tail. Moving in snake-like pattern, Ororchimaru would evade the incoming spheres by slithering between the gaps as he made his way towards Kisigachi. Closing the distance between them in no time, Orochimaru would raise his upper body off the ground to try and hit the boy with a powerful uppercut straight to the chin. If the blow connected, Kisigachi would be lifted off the floor and into the air a little.
Ororchimaru wasn't done yet. He opened his mouth wide, and his tongue shot out, extending a lot further than any normal human's tongue could. The elongated tongue swirled around Kisigachi's right ankle, and the boy would then feel himself being violently whipped back down into the stage floor. Orochimaru pulled him back down hard enough to create an indent and large cracks in the stage floor where Kisigachi was slammed. As the Sannin retracted his long, grotesque tongue, he watched with a murderous glee to see if Kisigachi would be capable of rising back up. If not, Orochimaru would finish him off without hesitation.

Re: Kisigachi Hatake v. Whoever shows up
Kisigachi was stunned, more than stunned, completely blown away by the fact that his opponent had dodged every last one of the boiling hot orbs with snake-like reflexes, no, more than snake-like, the man he was fighting must be part snake, there's no other explanation for his movements and technique. He was not too stunned however, to notice the counter attack, a quick, backwards jump cleared him of the uppercut, but what he didn't expect was the man's stretched out tongue wrapping around his ankle and proceeding to slam him into the stage beneath him. He felt a few of his bones begin to crack as he hit the stage, hard, not good, but nothing that would kill him. The stage wasn't so lucky, the impact had caused it to give way and large cracks ran from the site of Kisigachi's landing. Kisigachi himself was lying face up in the crater, the dust having settled, storm clouds directly above the stage now, he felt and heard the soft pitter-patter of the first few rain drops hitting the ground, and pretty soon it had erupted into a major downpour. He smirked, then quickly cringed at the pain emanating from the injuries that consisted of quite a few bones and muscles in his legs and back.
It took a fair amount of effort, and some assistance from his chakra, but he slowly managed to get up on one foot and then two, and finally he stood all the way up. " Damn it! " he exclaimed quite loudly to voice his discontent with his current condition. He was surprised his opponent hadn't taken the time to finish him off, he could barely move at all and it would have been a perfect time to strike, it was almost like he was being toyed with, and Kisigachi did not like to be toyed with, he hated it, and it made him angry and vengeful. He had a perfect plan but the technique took time to create, and he needed protection if he was going to pull it off, he had just the jutsu in mind to keep him safe from all but the strongest attacks, a self-replenishing cacoon of rain. A few quick hand seals and suddenly the rain began to gather in a large, cone-shaped mass, centered around him. The cone was spinning faster and faster until it reached its peak. What Kisigachi created was a shield of water that surrounded him from every angle except below him, and that when hit could reform the damage using rain falling in the area, he smirked, but he knew it wouldn't last long so he got straight to work with the follow-up technique.
The rainfall appeared to slow down, like any normal rainfall does after falling so heavily, but it was just an illusion. The real reason it was slowing down was because way up in the clouds, Kisigachi was collecting raindrops and forming them into long spears, perfectly capable of piercing a human despite their watery nature. It would take some time to gather enough, but he was confident it would work. The only thing left now was to see where his opponent would go next.

- Hidden Rain Technique: Hydrating Cacoon (Amegakure no Jutsu: Suikamayu)
Rank: B-rank
Element: Suiton
Description: The Hydrating Cacoon is a defensive style technique utilized by Kisigachi. Much like the Water Encampment Wall, the Hydrating Cacoon can be used to completely surround the user, or just a small area; however in contrast, the Cacoon uses liquid around the area, instead of creating a water source from the body, and uses less chakra. Using the Rain around him, Kisigachi forms the technique, and uses chakra to tract the rainfall toward him, moving it in a funnel like position. The rain begins to form a solid, spinning cone around Kisigachi, constantly being replenished by the rain, and creating a strong defensive hold around Kisigachi. - Hidden Rain Technique: Web of Spears (Amegakure no Jutsu: Sōen )
Rank: A-rank
Element: Suiton
Description: The Web of Spears is a high-strength form of nature transformation used by Kisigachi to manipulate the rain which is falling around. Using his chakra to control the pre-existing water source, Kisigachi channels his chakra through it, temporarily halting the rain fall. While his chakra manipulates the rain in the air, it is quickly transforming into an array of spears, connecting in a spider web like pattern. Once completely, Kisigachi releases the rain, allowing a storm of rain to pass over the field, blending the myriad amounts of liquid spears in. The technique uses the pre-existing rain around Kisigachi, which consumes less chakra, and allows Kisigachi to manipulate it with the use of a B-rank Technique.

Re: Kisigachi Hatake v. Whoever shows up
Orochimaru watched with a content smile as Kisigachi slowly rose back to his feet. By this time, the expected downpour had already begun, drenching Orochimaru in the process. (How bothersome...) the Sannin thought to himself, and then hoped that this boy was going to do something interesting with this heavy rain fall, other than wetting Orochimaru. He continued to watch as the boy formed some seals and activated a jutsu. The rain falling around him began swirling and forming into a cocoon of sorts. It was obviously a defensive jutsu, but since Orochimaru wasn't even attacking at the moment, this led him to believe that the boy was using this technique to defend himself while he prepared something. Orochimaru didn't feel like waiting to see what it was.
"Please don't waste my time..." he said even though the boy probably wouldn't hear it over all the rain. As he said this, Orochimaru formed a handseal. The next moment, he brought a hand to his mouth as if he was about to blow a kiss Kisigachi's way. Instead, when he started blowing, Orochimaru released a torrent of wind that would turn this thunder shower into a hurricane. The violent, howling wind blasted passed Kisigachi and his water shield. The swirling water would be torn open by the wind, and since the current of air was constant, the falling rain pellets wouldn't be able to gather together properly.
Not wasting a second, Ororchimaru started extending his neck, allowing his head to fly forward. This would cause the wind to stop, but the water cocoon wouldn't have the time to fully reform before Ororchimaru's head reached the wide open Kisigachi, especially now that the rain had slowed down. Once close enough, Orochimaru opened his mouth wide, and using his fangs, clamped down on Kisigachi's neck. The Sannin's razor sharp canines would pierce the boy's arterial vein, causing blood to gush out like a broken water main. If the attack was successful, Ororchimaru would start to chuckle as he bit down harder, and blood continued to flow heavily from the fresh wound.
